MACHINE OVERVIEW

  • Special purpose machine designed to lay pre-assembled track panels with concrete sleepers on B.G lines.

  • Four-Wheeled, hydraulic driven machine with two main structure units: 1) Side frames 2) Upper cross frame (Bridge)

  • Hydraulic vertical slides connect the side frames to the upper cross frame.

  • ​All four wheels are driven by hydraulic motors.

  • Hydraulic system with multiple pumps and control valves for precise operation.

  • Hydraulic operated shoe brakes on all four wheels.

  • Independent rail clamps with 4-point locking and lateral adjustment.

  • Telescopic sliding boom with 4 gripping points for secure lifting and placement.
